Privacy notice

Safwah Investment (صفوة الاستثمارية) is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Our head office is in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• It has no accounts and no sign-in.
• It does not send the enquiry form to a Safwah server or store what you type. The form is checked in your browser and then handed to WhatsApp or to your email app, as described below.
• Our own code sets no cookies. So that Back and Forward return you to where you were, it keeps your scroll position on each page you open, and the link you followed from it, in this tab’s session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab. The language you read in comes from the page address.
• Fonts, photos and films are served from this website, not loaded from other services.

The form asks for your name, an email address or a phone number (at least one), and, if you wish, your company, a topic and a message. If your topic is buying a property, it also asks, optionally, whether you are buying as a Saudi or a non-Saudi and, if non-Saudi, your nationality. If a required detail is missing, it says so without sending anything.

When you press ‘Send via WhatsApp’, your browser opens a WhatsApp link with your message written into it. WhatsApp, a Meta company, receives the text of that link when it opens. The message reaches us only when you press send in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to it.

When you press ‘Send by email’, your email app opens a new message to info@safwah-group.com with your details written into it. Nothing is sent until you send it from your email app. Our mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace.

You can also call us, email us directly or message us on WhatsApp. What you send that way is handled as described in this notice.

We use the details you send only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide what you asked for, such as the details of a property or help setting up a company.

We treat what you send us in confidence. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Your details are seen by the people at Safwah who answer enquiries.

The contact page shows a Google map only after you press ‘Show map’. Until then, nothing is requested from Google. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, which receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. ‘Open in Google Maps’ links take you to Google Maps in a new tab.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, REGA, SMBF and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. GitHub logs the IP addresses of visitors for security purposes, whether or not they have a GitHub account.

WhatsApp, Google and GitHub may process data on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Under the PDPL you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, to give you access to it and a copy of it, to correct it, and to delete it when we no longer need it. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

We update this notice when the website changes how it handles data. The date at the top shows the current version.
